1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by realtorlaws at realtorlaws.pro, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Offerings

realtorlaws offers specialized legal support for realtor mandates, compliance matters, and transaction assistance.

2.1 Mandates

We prepare and review mandate agreements between realtors and clients.

2.2 Compliance

We advise on regulatory obligations and documentation standards.

2.3 Transaction Support

We assist in drafting and finalizing transaction documents.

3. Digital Information Products

We provide digital manuals, guides, and training modules for realtors.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer printed guides, templates, and related materials.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees are due upon engagement or at checkout for digital and physical goods. Payment methods accepted include credit card and bank transfer.

6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of engagement if no substantive work has commenced. If work has begun, a prorated refund will be issued for uncompleted tasks. Clients may opt to transfer the service engagement to another project or client within 30 days at no additional fee. Mandate drafting services and compliance reviews delivered and formally accepted by the client are non-refundable due to the tailored nature of the work.

6.2 Digital Information Products

Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of download if the product has not been fully accessed. Once more than 50% of content modules have been accessed, we cannot offer a refund. Transfers to an alternate digital product of equal value are permitted within 14 days.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical materials may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Exchanges are accepted for items of equal value.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule service appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 25% of the service rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

realtorlaws shall not be liable for indirect or incidental outcomes arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall be limited to fees paid by the client for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, with Zurich courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
